What is Your Therapist Reading? Power of Habit

It is rare that a reading a book actually changes my behavior. I may read a great self-help book and want to change a behavior, or even plan to change a behavior, but somehow never actually change. This book was different. Because it’s chock full of examples of where habit or the automatic repeating of a behavior results in big changes.
